Dr. T’Pring Westbrook is Co-founder and Co-CEO of TR Consulting Group. Dr. Westbrook has more than 20 years’ experience conducting and managing program evaluations and research in diverse communities. A leader in the fields of anti-poverty and addressing social inequity, she presents and consults on issues related to implementing, evaluating, and adapting evidence-based programs. Dr. Westbrook held lead roles in multiple evidence building and scaling initiatives including the Permanency Innovations Initiative (PII) and Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV). Her portfolio at the Annie E. Casey Foundation included two-generation approaches for early childhood, equity and inclusion, and economic mobility. Dr. Westbrook is also committed to making data and research accessible to practice and policy audiences. Her work in this area includes hosting and co-producing Elephant Stories, a podcast that puts field leaders in front of a general audience and her upcoming book from Johns Hopkins University Press translating data capacity principles familiar to researchers for a practitioner audience.
