Ms. Reed is an evaluator with extensive experience leading complex evaluations. She brings substantial knowledge in system change evaluations, participatory research, and utilizing mixed-methods. Further, Ms. Reed has led multiple research teams in various multi-site and multi-year projects. Ms. Reed has experience applying equitable evaluation principles to research and evaluation, engaging community stakeholders, collaborating with funders, and building consensus across diverse groups. She believes that we can develop more equitable systems by building the capacity of others, especially communities of color, to collect, analyze and utilize data. Ms. Reed has worked on project such as the Evaluation of the Rental Assistance Demonstration (Urban Institute), Power Beyond Measure: Reshaping the Research and the Evaluation Landscape for Boys and Men of Color (Equivolve).
